As a prior HVAC guy, in which I no longer work, I sold my equipment and ended up with a hvac issue lol anyways, my wife and I decided to have Jackson come out and look at our Rheem unit, which was grinding and freezing up. Upon arrival, David, came in, was friendly, courteous, and got right to work. It was nice to see that as two techs, he was more than willing to talk hvac issues with me and we had a great conversation. Just had a new unit installed yesterday. I couldn't be happier with the price and service I got. It's August and very hot out, so all HVAC business is busy. If you can be a little patient, and by that I mean 2 weeks from the time Brent came out to quote the job to the install, these are your guys. I've contacted multiple places in the area and I'm glad I went with Jackson Heatin & Air. Some other places never called back or where bigger companies with bigger prices. The installers for Jackson's were great too! They came highly recommended, and I highly recommend them too.

Tyler came and got me wired correctly after my attempt to install a smart thermostat. Turns out the wiring wasn't in it's standard configuration which was causing me the issues. He took the time to sort everything out (and also replace a fuse that had blown). This is my 2nd time using Jackson's (1st time was due to a dead capacitor) and it's the only call I will make when it comes to any HVAC issue that may arise.
