Carlson-Farmer installed a new roof. Kris helped pick the color and it is just beautiful!!!!! They did a wonderful job. I couldn’t be happier. It really brightened the house up. Plus the quality is unbeatable.
Carlson-Farmer built our house in 1995. Over the years when a repair needed to be done, we always called them. Recently I had a lot of repair fence work that needed doing on my farm, so I called them. They did an excellent job. They are fair, hard working, and honest. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have a log home in Lake Lure NC and have used Carlson-Farmer a number of times over the 18 years we have had our home there. Projects ranged from minor leaks from loose screws in the metal roof to major repairs including rebuilding our chimney, replacing rotted fascia and replacing all screws in the house and garage roof, etc. In every case, Carlson-Farmer completed the work on schedule and at the quoted price. They are not a “cheap” contractor, but their work is and has always been first class. I’ve never been disappointed with the results.
