My husband was a contractor for 30+ years and used Thompson Mechanical from the git go. We still use them for our personal property. They have always done excellent work, are reliable, and their technicians are personable, conscientious of being on time, neat in what they do, and efficient. Recently, during a very cold spell, our 25-1/2 year old heating system died. The 4 men who came out to replace it in the cold (Matt, Bobby, Will, and Dave) worked hard in the freezing cold with smiles on their faces and a drive to do the job well. The office staff is always kind and courteous. We have never been disappointed with the service Thompson gives. We highly recommend them
