Steve’s crew was great to work with. His son ran the job putting a metal roof in my farmhouse. The flashing job looked good and they cut in counter flashing on the chimney rather than just gluing it. I renovated historic homes in New Orleans for 20 years and had my contractor’s license. Their price was also reasonable. Way less than the guys that advertise a lot and send out commissioned reps to hard sell you with a “today only” price.
Steve Rulli and his crew at The Mad Roofer came highly recommended to me by my General Contractor and several of our subs. We hired him to replace the roof on three, 100 year-old buildings in downtown Asheville. Steve and his team did a terrific job on what was a pretty nasty situation. We also added about eight Sun Tunnels which added complexity to the job. Since then, I’ve hired him to fix the roof around the chimney in my house which needed repair twice, due to shoddy work by the original roofer. Great Project execution ! Steve and Jake are very knowledgeable and communicate very well. Their crew worked around weather changes and got the job done as promised. Estimates were timely and small changes were taken care of with no issues. The site was kept clean during the entire project.
