Our neighbors suggested we contact Sheer Comfort for our HVAC needs, and we are really glad we did. For several years now, Sheer Comfort has been providing our biannual service as well as answering the occasional emergency call. Each time, the service has been exceptional. Last fall, we needed to replace our HVAC unit. Sheer Comfort gave us very competitive price quotes on several units, and we chose them to replace our unit. The install and set up went flawlessly, and the unit was up and running within the day. Eventually, we did notice a problem with the heating shutting down under certain circumstances. Travis and his team did a great job from sales through delivery. Great job providing options for a new HVAC system for a house that had a broken AC and undersized furnace. The whole team who installed were collaborative and paid attention to details. Locally owned businesses like Sheer makes a difference.
We have lived in the Asheville area for over 30 years and have had several HVAC companies install and service our homes. Sheer Comfort is the best! Their office staff is stellar. Always friendly, respectful and eager to please. All of the technicians have been highly skilled with HVAC systems knowledge as well as being respectful to us and our home.
