I went to the store with the intention of purchasing luxury vinyl plank, and because of Steve’s knowledge, I chose a RevWood Select laminate instead, in the Style: Rare Vintage and the Color: Earthen Chestnut, and I adore the choice I made. My advice to anyone who feels hesitant about purchasing flooring from large chain stores or is otherwise concerned about their ability to make the right choice in flooring because of inexperience or lack of knowledge, is to visit Steve, and let him kindly guide you through the entire process, as only he can.

Sharon Lueck, in the Asheville location, takes care of coordinating installations. She is a joy to work with, and is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable in the process of setting up appointments and professional in the care of any changes or concerns. She is mindful of your time and cares about making sure your installation is managed well and successful.

Javier, in the Asheville location, is a highly skilled and knowledgeable flooring installer. He treats you, your home, your flooring, and his helper with great care and respect. He is kind and considerate throughout the entire process of the installation. He is thorough in cleaning up from a hard day’s work, and the only thing he will leave behind is the beautiful view of the flooring you chose, set in place to perfection.

“I highly recommend Blue Ridge Floors. They installed flooring for us in late August and did a stellar job. We've been moving and crazy busy so this review is overdue but I definitely want to share the amazing work they did. We purchased our Titan flooring from a third party (Blue Ridge didn't carry this brand) but Blue Ridge was happy to install it for us even though we didn't buy the flooring from their store. Rico is just the best. He's authentic, listens to all your concerns (and believe me, I asked lots of questions!) and has tons of experience not only as a project manager but doing the work as well. And did I mention we live in Marion? They came out and didn't charge extra fees for the travel to Marion which was a huge plus for us due to our limited budget. The detail work was also well done. All the jams, transitions and check out the photo of our HVAC duct that they installed around. Absolutely flawless!

Andres was the lead for our install and really cared about the work he did. He did beautiful work plus he was fast. The team of two were done with our living room, hallway and three bedrooms in about 5 hours. In addition, they did a great job balancing the plank patterns. The marketing images for the flooring showed more light planks than dark but Andres opened nearly all the boxes and preset the planks in each room to ensure everything was balanced. He came to me before he started to let me know there were more dark planks than light to ensure I was okay with this. He also allowed me to approve the first several rows he installed before moving on with the rest of the room. I can't recommend them enough and would absolutely hire them again. FYI, the flooring we chose is Titan Surfaces Epic Series in Copper Ridge (8mm WPC).“

“I was referred to PBI for our residential windows to be replaced. I wasn't aware that they did that kind of work. I learned about their preferred line of windows from Sun and stopped in. We met Brian Hutchinson who came out to our house, a long way out to our house. He put a great quote together that was surprising and we went with Brian. Unfortunately, this was during the supply chain problems but Brian kept us informed and we actually got delivery at an ideal time (January followed by the installation week in February with 70+ degeree weather) and in went the windows. We love them! Great looking, great functionality and Brian was great to work with! We highly recommend PBI and Brian! If you're considering replacing windows in your home, do not overlook PBI. “We had new vinyl kitchen and laundry room floor done. The demolition crew came out the first day and took the appliances to the garage. They tore out the old vinyl floor and discovered there were 5 layers of flooring total. Next day the new subfloor was laid down. The third day Chris the installer came and prepped. He had no help what so ever. He came back on Monday to start installing the new floor. Then Tuesday he installed new baseboards and cabinet trim. He also brought All the appliances back himself and installed a new break in the bedroom. He went above and beyond to see everything was done right by himself. Very courteous and professional“
