Great location, easy to park, clean office, and very friendly staff!! I saw Dr Terri for neck pain and felt immediate relief after adjustment and treatment with the TENS device. I can’t wait to go back next week!!

Smart, well run business and super good chiropractic work on my neck, back, and wrist. This is the first time I needed a chiro in AVL so I chose one from ins providers list. Glad to find Dr Teri Lechner and will definitely recommend her. No extraneous tests or recommendations or charges. That makes me a forever customer.

I love Dr.terry her staff! I met them 5 years ago after a car accident and they made me feel right at ease. Dr.Terry is the only chiropractor to have been able release the tension in my lower back and hips.

My first visit was wonderful. I had never seen a chiropractor before and was a little nervous but the staff was excellent and service amazing. I felt very comfortable and everything was explained fully to me. I never felt like I was just being told to do something. I always had a say and was able to ask questions to get the care I wanted. I highly recommend Asheville Pain & Wellness.

What would Asheville do without Terri Lechner and her staff??!!! This is the second time in 2 years that I've gone to Asheville Pain and Wellness due to an accident. Dr. Lechner is compassionate and sensitive to her patients not feeling well and needing to tell someone how badly they feel without feeling like we're complaining. She takes all the time she needs to find every point of pain or referring pain and to adjust that. Today she couldn't get any movement on me from an area that is very painful for me, so she tried again a few minutes later and it worked -- she doesn't give up until we get relief. Fortunately, Asheville Pain and Wellness is the most affordable chiropractic care I've EVER found, in all three states I've lived in. Even when the care isn't being covered by an insurance company, it's possible to afford regular treatment and keep your spine aligned and your health in check on a weekly and monthly basis. I am so grateful that Terri Lechner has a practice in Asheville. I will always refer people to her and to her caring staff -- ALWAYS! Have very painful hip/walking issue. PCP sent me to physical therapist. After several months, condition only worsened. Despite poor experience in past with chiropractic treatment, took friends recommendation to see Dr. Teri Lecher. 1 month later, I have about 40% improvement! Pain reduced, range of motion much improved, and feeling MUCH better. Dr Teri has amazing talent for finding those spots where the issues are (and even ones you didn't realize!) and making them better. Also, her staff is just great too! If you need Chiropractic care, this IS the place!

I visited this clinic regularly for about 3 months. I was very disappointed with Dr. Lechner's skills in adjustment and with her lack of communication skills. (I continued for as long as I did because I thought this would improve as she got to know me and my condition better. It didn't.) Dr. Lechner touched my body very little to find areas needing adjustment. She often literally did not touch entire areas of the spine that were my PRIMARY areas of concern without being specifically asked to on her way to the door. She always greeted me politely, but said almost nothing during or following the adjustment. I felt I had to "pull" any information about my progress out of her! She seemed to have great difficulty adjusting me, and if a technique did not work, she just tried it again, receiving the same result. She spent very little time evaluating or adjusting-- in and out the door in 5 minutes. She has a very nice staff and provides extras such as heat and massage tables, which of course adds to the fees. The location has its own parking in back which is a plus in Asheville. I found her services generally inferior and expensive.

This is not just a doctors office. This is s medical spa! The location is convenient and they have parking in the back. You walk in and the smell of essential oils envelopes your senses and you instantly feel relaxed. I don't know about you but when I am entering any kind of medical establishment, my blood pressure rises and I get very nervous but not here. The front desk ladies are always very kind and warm. They have lollipops for waiting or when you check out and smiles for miles. Everyone seems to be happy working here which is always something nice to see. Terri is amazing. I have been going to her with all of my bone and joint needs since I was very young as I have had some issues in the past with my back and neck. She was there for me when I got in a car accident and just the other day was there for me when I was concerned about my hurt foot! She gave me great advice and still cracked my bones even though I was there solely for my foot injury. She is cute and sassy and always asks about whats new in my life. She can pinpoint the problem at hand and can get you back to normal in no time!
