I had a delivery that was sitting at the warehouse for 12 days. I called and spoke with Clay, the manager. Even though they were swamped and understaffed, he drove the delivery out to me on his lunch break. I really appreciated the communication (they answered the phone immediately every time I called, and I never had to wait on hold) and work ethic. Solid company and very professional. Thank you.
