It was my first time picking up freight for our custom cabinet company. Hearing can be an issue for me but these folks worked with me. So, not only were they working with a first-timer but a first-timer with a disability.Jeff loaded my truck. Repeated instructions as necessary and within a very short while, my Husky and I were on our way back to the shop.
Delivery in our community can be difficult due to narrow and steeply sloped roads. Tractor-trailers are unable to navigate the terrain. The staff at ODFL were resourceful and arranged for the manager to deliver our items in his personal vehicle! A big shout out and thanks to Randy and Scott for their help.
