The staff accommodates my schedule, they do follow up reminders and they communicate with our technician, Matt Gant to let him know of needs we have. We have had an issue recently and we called Terminix to come back out and correct the issue. Wil Roach was sent to help us out. He was phenominal!! He went above and beyond our expectations and has given us a peace of mind!! I recommend this guy to anyone!! He was even amazing with my son who likes to ask questions and follow to see what is going on!! Definitely an amazing experience with this guy specifically!! I was impressed!! 5 stars for him!!! Thank you Wil!!
