We love this place! The staff is incredibly sweet and caring — it’s clear they truly love what they do. The facility is always spotless and well maintained, which gives me so much peace of mind. Most importantly, my dog Nora absolutely loves going there. She gets excited the moment we pull into the driveway! I’m so grateful to have found a place where she feels happy, safe, and loved.
Staff is extremely helpful and were very good at communicating with me about my pup when he was staying with them due to an emergency. they keep the facility clean and the dogs get outside time. Hendo was really happy! They even sent him home with some extra treats, felt like family :)
Great facility, great staff. It's a more intimate experience that you get from the brands. They never have more 30 dogs in residence, 3 separate play areas, raised nap beds, a meeting n greet is required on a separate day prior to boarding. But, with all that said, I can always tell when I pick up Karl, and get was happy as lark, stress free. Already made my next appointment and referred a friend who's visiting in the area for day care while she is shopping for a home in the area
