It's really awesome to once again come across an honest and fair auto shop. Just had my 2014 Focus serviced there and was very satisfied with the whole process from the text quotes, the check-in, check-out and friendliness of the staff. Several of our family members also use this shop and have nothing but good things to say about it. Highly recommend!!!

Was traveling through from TN to FL - (very long story) but broke down close to the shop. It was a Sunday night, we stayed in a hotel down the street and after a few calls we found Street's Automotive. They agreed to see/check the car that day (other shops said a week minimum before they could even check it). I knew what the issue was already, but I couldn't fix it as I didn't have any tools. I drove it to the shop and they were above and beyond any shop I have been too, and I have friends that own shops in Miami. The gave me the estimate and said they could fix it that same day. I was making an annual Christmas road trip from South Carolina back to Chicago with my dog when all of a sudden my car broke down in Flat Rock.I called AAA to hail a tow truck to get me to the nearest service center, which happened to be Street's Automotive. Mike and the team gave me the diagnosis (radiator and timing belt replacement) and cost estimate within an hour.
