Beware! They are not honest with the prices! We requested an emergency service for our home. We called and asked for the price of service, they said it would be $135/hour. Now, we are being charged $288 for 20 min the guy spent at our home even after the service man said it was just one hour. The reason behind this is that we get billed from dispatch and the guy happened to be in Raleigh!!!! How is this something we have to pay for being that the company is in Fayetteville??? Why didn't they mention they would charge us for his trip??? They were not honest with us about the real price behind this. We would have called somewhere else if that was the price.
