I had a great experience at the Vision Center inside Walmart thanks to Patricia and Simone. From the moment I walked in, they were both extremely helpful and genuinely focused on making sure I got exactly what I needed—not just making a sale.
They went out of their way to try and accommodate my request by calling multiple locations and checking availability for me for the new Oakley Meta glasses. Even though they ultimately didn’t have what I was looking for in-store, they didn’t just leave it at that. Instead, they pointed me in the right direction and recommended I visit LensCrafters so I could try the frames on in person before purchasing.
Vania, one of the optometrists here, is an angel!! If you could put sunshine in a person, it’s her. She helped me get my glasses fixed and was so kind. Will definitely be back for any optical needs

Did y’all just pluck the staff straight from heaven! Viana is an absolute angel!! Helped me find glasses in a great price range and kept me giggling the entire time! Man you can’t find better customer service if ya tried! Thank you all for being so amazing and helping me find exactly what I needed!
