The Vision Center inside Walmart offers helpful and caring service. Chris went above and beyond to help find someone who accepted the customer's insurance and also did a great job repairing old sunglasses, ensuring discounts without upselling. Dr. Hendrix provided an urgent eye appointment with excellent bedside manners, showing genuine care. Overall, the staff is friendly, attentive, and dedicated to providing good care and assistance.

They were unable to give me the service I required, however Chris went above and beyond and was able to help me find someone who could. Took 5 minutes and first number he gave me worked. This was especially great since I’ve been pounding sand for 4 days trying to find someone who’d accept my insurance.

I had something in my eye, and needed an urgent appointment. They were able to squeeze me in the very next day to see Dr. Hendrix. What a great person! She is very personable, and she has great bedside manners. She acted as she really cared, which is really rare for doctors of any kind these days. I strongly recommend her!

Brought in some very old but well loved sunglasses for repair. Chris did a great job, going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I had all applicable discounts. He didn't try to upsell me at all. Plus they did a great job of repairing the sunglasses.
