My disabled fiancee and I were dropped off for my appointment and he wasn't allowed to sit down because of remodeling next year. They have 3 chairs in the waiting area, a chair in the exam room, and spare chairs in their back room. He collapses if he stands too long, and they made no effort to help him find a place to sit.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The front desk lady is absolutely HORRIBLE. my glasses broke so I was seen and ordered my glasses in December and it’s February and I haven’t gotten a call back from them. I’ve called multiple times and no answer. Not to mention she charged me $15 for new frames while I waited for my glasses, she literally popped the lenses out of a customers glasses and put mine in. She then called back 5 minutes before closing saying I can finally get my glasses 2/25/25. As I walk up at 2:59 she closed the door in my face.
