The service with the lawn technician was satisfactory. I’m really disappointed with TruGreen lately because I don’t see the same lawn technician. They’re not talking with me about the lawn service, just asking me about the lawn. I would like the technician to walk the lawn and point out the problem areas. Because we do have a few areas that are not as we would like to look better with advice from a lawn technician.
I’m not the expert they are supposed to be talking to me about any issues not just putting this issue on a lawn service email.

I am highly impressed with Trugreen. My lawn specialist Marquese McNeill, does an amazing job with my lawn. I follow step by step recommendations he makes and my lawn looks amazing. I installed fescue sod and it all died. Marquese said Mr.Jacobs no worries where going to get your lawn back and better then ever. We are sitting at a year and a half later and my lawn is full and dark green as ever. I’m highly satisfied with Tru-Green. Thanks
