My husband and I went for tanning for the first time. I had a pretty good experience for the spray tans, but he took the tanning beds. They had him stay in for the full twelve minutes and they had even asked if he burned easily which he said yes to. He now has a horrible burn.

Staff most of them are not very informative about how to work the tanning beds. They are extremely overworked so at Prime Times during the day the wait is out the door just b/c they can’t keep up w/cleaning the beds and checking people in. I know the place changed management, but their management team needs to try and work like that and keep all their customers happy. I’m pretty sure u will be like, “Uh oh...I’m sorry girls, this is extremely difficult to keep up with.” Value your staff and they will value your customers ?

I see my stylist Tanya every 5 to 6 weeks for cut and color. She is my first stylist who is consistent in her quality of work. She hi and low lights my hair and gives a great cut. Often I don't even need lights, just the roots, because her products are good quality and last. For the first time now I can enjoy and relax because I know that I will always look great. Thank you Tanya.
