I came in and requested a medium fade, no shorter than a #2 by the ears, touch up the edges and take a little length off the top. The stylist proceeded to do this abomination to my head. She instantly got the clippers and did a skin fade, and then proceeded to not even do a good job of making the haircut I didn’t ask for look good. There are 90 degree lines in the hair, it’s not blended, top was barely touched and has irregular length throughout, etc.
I opened a complain with the store and haven’t heard from the manager in over a week about it so I’m making this review so everyone knows to stay away.
They won’t do the haircut you ask for, and screw it up along the way. This “haircut” took over an hour for the stylist to do, and it wasn’t even any good. At the end I just wanted to leave, and I went to another barber to attempt to have them blend the lines and potentially save the haircut; but unfortunately I have to let some of this hair grow out before it can be blended properly.
Rather than management reaching out to me and recommending a solution, a touch up, a refund, or even just apologizing for the haircut; I have heard nothing in a week and sports clips has lost me as a customer for life.

From the second, I walked in. Britt took care of me like a pro. The place was clean. Britt was professional and gave me one of the best haircuts and beard trims I’ve ever had highly recommend going there six out of five stars.

0/5 stars , my autistic family members was treated unfairly talked about as if he is not a person or as if they could not be heard. I placed a call and receptionist seem automated and as if she didn’t care . I understand autism comes across as scary to an uneducated person but the regard for him was disrespectful . Autism is a neurological disorder . Please move with more regard for people . I held my review to see how it would be handled and was told the owner would call and never received a call

Slow service, all they do is run their gums instead of cutting hair. 25 min wait turned into 1 hour 15 minutes.
