I use sport clips everytime I need a haircut and I used to really enjoy coming here but over the last few months this sportclips location has gone down the drain. Renee needs to focus on cutting hair instead of being a chatter box. Shes making the wait time go even longer by standing there talking and not cutting. Also if I pay for an MVP I expect all that comes with it not a rushed halfassed wash and shoulder massage that is mostly them just massaging the chair and kissing my shoulders.
This will be my last visit to this location. The owner needs to pay attention to the issues here. Also stop accommodating for the people who checked in online for one person and then tell you all their 5 kids need haircuts too and making the rest of us wait. Had a 30 min wait turn into 2 hours. This is why I stopped tipping

Went in without appointment and was seen by the Stylist Krystena. She is a great Stylist. I was comfortable with her. I watched her while I was waiting and she has great skills as a stylist. I was glad that my turn fell in her lap. Highly recommend her if you want a precision scissor hair cut.

Short hair, long hair doesn’t matter they are quick and do a great job. Thankful for these people. Have been going to them for over a year now they always do a great job. And they have great products in store and in stock always. My go-to.
