I accidentally paid twice online. They contacted me to let me know of the overpayment. The staff was great in handling my situation and even got me an appointment for my second job. I can’t imagine this clinic without Kody. She is so patient and hilarious made me. Laugh to no end. She fixed the appointments and corrected my mistakes. I have ADHD and she treated me with such kindness and patience. I have complete confidence in her. Thank you to the entire staff and especially Kody.
Awesome and simple! Made the appointment online and chose the services that my cat needed. I showed up at his appointment time and parked. Within a couple of minutes a staff member greeted me and checked us in. Also love that they take feral cats w/o an appointment bc that's hard to find. The prices for the services that they provide are very very reasonable too. I totally recommend this place!
You can see the care that they have for animals. Everything is explained well. The stray i took in happened to be neutered as it turns out, but they did not charge me the full amount. I would use them again for future services.
