Customer service is top notch. Thourough and effective communication are a major help. Website is very informative and a great tool. Pricing was upfront, honest and accurate. All staff members have been friendly & helpful. This team made a tough time much easier to deal with and our family is thankful.
I have been taking my two dogs here since I got them (6 years) ! I love this place , they are kind and friendly. The vets explain everything in detail and put you at ease for sure. I would highly recommend Highland . I would just like their pricing to come down just a bit 👀👀!
I absolutely love Highland for all my veterinary needs. I have too many pets and they have helped so much with all of them. Recently my perfect baby boy Drake needed a biopsy and a dental and I had full trust in them from the get go! Every employee is so nice and I really appreciate how they make the process so easy! I always recommend them at my job (dog groomer) for anyone needing to get their pups seen!
