I called in for the doctor to refill my asthma med Trilogy two weeks ago and it never happened. I went to Southern Regional and saw the doctor and ask that he complete the refill I called for two weeks ago and he did but failed to sign it or send it to the Ft Liberty pharmacy. Three days later I go back to Southern Regional to see what the holdup is and they tell me that the doctor is on night shift and it's nothing that they can do. Finally another doctor approves the medicine and sends it to the wrong Pharmacy. Im done!!!

I normally read reviews before I make an appointment for anywhere or anything. I failed big time on this one. Waste time and money. Avoid this so call medical clinic at all cost. Sheila Black is the worst. BEWARE. Very rude. Very annoyed by questions. Not impersonal at all. At visits, stands back at the door like you have a plague or something. No exams, no vital checks, no nothing. What you do get is attitude. What you do get is a feeling of anger. Why is she in the medical field? Why take an oath to help the sick? Who really feels she should have a job in the medical field? I do not understand.

Horrible first time, I won’t be coming back. I took my gf here for her annual checkup (our first time here), we arrive 6 minutes pass our appt date and they told us we have to reschedule the appt to a month later because we were late and we were suppose to arrive 20 min before the appt time. There was no mentioning of this when I made the appt and on the confirmation text to remind you. The confirmation text just say the appt time and date with no mentioning of you need to arrive early.
