I consulted doctors across the country and was told repeatedly that I have a severe and complex case. Dr. Patel was willing to evaluate the damage to my eyes and he agreed to accept my case. He became the instrument of my miracle! My left eye’s astigmatism was 24 when anything over 3 is considered “extreme” and my vision was declining. My son has Keratoconus, and Dr Patel has taken care of him every step of the way. He has been very thorough and patient explaining things to us as a family. He successfully performed Cross-Linking surgery on both of my son’s eyes, and we will be following up with him on more procedures in the future as the disease progresses. I can’t imagine trusting my son’s precious eyesight with anyone else.
I found both Dr. Patel and his entire staff very helpful, pleasant, and patient throughout the entire process. I had cornea surgery done on both eyes (one at a time) so I did make multiple visits to the office. And yes both surgeries were a success!!! The staff was very thorough explaining each procedure leading up to the surgery as was the accounting dept. for the billing explanations. Would and have highly recommended them!
