I have taken my entire family here. My son is a regular patient due to his Myopia. They took our insurance and now no longer do because ours changed and due to how Myopia not being covered. I could change drs. However the service and all is so good I’ll pay out of pocket for it. Myopia is not really covered with insurance either but they are personal, kind, listen to you, they take time rather cut you off. You will not find better people or a better doctor.
Came in for an ROTC eye exam with Mr. Elmore; pleasant experience. He recommended bringing my kids in for exams. All my kids saw Jessica Elmore. She was amazing with the kids. Thorough, fun, kind, and quick. She is very gifted with children. The rest of the staff was great too. Especially the assistants that helped run the machine tests. Highly recommend, especially for anyone who needs kids eye exams. No issues using Tricare Prime.
I came to Fayetteville in mid 2017 and I have been seen by multiple eye doctors from Fayetteville, Cameron, Sanford, Durham, Charlotte, and Raleigh. From personal experience, none of them come close to the professionalism, respect, and outright friendly treatment and patient care I received and witnessed at American Eye Care. They are just awesome and always professional from the time I entered to the time I exited their building. From the front desk to the nurses to the doctors, I am proud to be your patient and advocate. Thank you very much for your work and kindness while remaining true professionals. RAVO ZULU from a Shellback.
