Sears Tech Tyler S. performed parts installation, and operating check on my dryer. The heating element and a sensor were replaced and he explained the issues due to the items needing replacement. He was knowledgeable and answered the questions I had regarding the performance of the dryer very professionally. The repairs were completed quickly and he cleaned the area when he finished.
Heater repair!! Paul was absolutely great diagnosing the problem, ordered the parts & coming back as scheduled to fix my heater. Robin was training & was also great. Both were very professional but down to earth. I would want them to do any future repairs. I hope a raise happens for them in the near future. Great guys felt comfortable having them at my house. Thank you!!
This repair was scheduled through our home warranty service. Paul, the technician, did an excellent job repairing our gas pack and restoring our heat. He diagnosed the problem quickly, stayed in communication with me as he located the needed part, and returned as promised to complete the job.
