Shop used to cut hair pretty well. Last two cuts were extremely poorly done. Instructions not followed kinda seemed like they just did whatever they wanted instead of listening to you. Will not return.

Went here about a week or two ago. Online booking was convenient, Atmosphere is nice and Nyga, my barber, was friendly. Unfortunately the cut was poorly. Fade wasn't the best and my top looks uneven. I only wish i noticed when I was given the mirror

They do a good job giving you the haircut that you ask for, it is just that the wait is so long. Only go if you have quite a bit of free time on your hands, I think we'll be looking elsewhere, or at least making an appointment from here on out. 2 hour wait!

So I have never been to this shop before, but I needed to get a trim during lunch time. I called and they said that they were pretty empty and to come on down.
When I came in I got the Stylist Kyra, and she was wonderful. She did a phenomenal job at listening to what I wanted and gave me an outstanding haircut. I also asked for a shampoo and she went above and beyond to actually was and condition my hair.
I will be coming back and asking for Kyra again!

The quality has decreased dramatically recently. I’ve gotten several terrible haircuts in a row. The barbers do not listen to my specific requests and just give me a med/high fade.

It’s really sad to call a barber shop to ask for the barber to fix a simple mistake that would have been a very easy fix, to be spoken to the way I was just spoken to.My husband came in for a haircut today. I get it, bad days happen. Long days happen. All we asked was could he come back to get this fixed. The barber was less than pleased that we called and questioned her work. Said there was NOTHING wrong with his haircut and she had never had anyone call about her work. I apologized, said we weren’t upset, can we just get it fixed. Her piss poor attitude is the reason my husband will never be back to this establishment nor will he recommend anyone else to go there.
