Amazing Service! I had to get my house re-piped and the team Chase and Austin were amazing!! They finished the job in two days, they cleaned up after themselves and were so friendly! 10 out of 10!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Dylan from Roto-Rooter. He came into my older mother’s home smelling strongly like marijuana, which was already extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. On top of that, he was rude, disrespectful, and carried vapes in his hands while speaking with us.
My mother felt taken advantage of and uncomfortable during the entire interaction. We expected professionalism, honesty, and respect from a company with Roto-Rooter’s reputation, but instead received poor customer service and behavior that was completely inappropriate for someone entering a customer’s home especially an elderly person’s home…
I would not recommend this company based on our experience.
