I hadn't been to a dentist in at least 10 years. My previous experiences have been with dental students and Army dentistry. I started having an issue with a tooth so decided it was time to get it checked out. Scheduling, while they are very busy, is easy, and they notify me of cancellations to get earlier appointments if I'm available. All of the staff and hygienists are extremely personable and friendly. Dr. Pike recently filled a very deep cavity and was extremely caring and knowledgeable about his work. I'm extremely satisfied. Unfortunately I have to go back soon for another filling, but have no reluctance in going back to this practice.
went in to have a tooth removed and the dentist pulled the wrong tooth. They didn't care whatsoever because they said I signed off on it. I tried to give them the opportunity to make things right and now they refuse to see me. they said they'll refer me to an oral surgeon. clearly I know which tooth in my mouth was bothering me. After all it's MY mouth!! I'll post an update when I take this to the correct channel. very unprofessional
