I visited this dentist office for the 1st time today as a new patient. I can tell you my visit today was a 5 star. The dentist was so nice and all his personnel was just as nice from the front end to the back. I didn’t feel ashamed of how my teeth looked or less of a person after talking to the dentist. Affordability was good today also, I didn’t feel like they were all about the money instead of the person. I can honestly say best experience at a dentist. Thank you for caring.

Amazing staff from front desk to Dental Assistant , to Hygienist (Tammy?) to the dentist (Dr Randleman?). No pain. Perfect fit for the filling. Great cash prices. Went out of their way to educate me and even allow me to view my x-rays. Thank you so much for the great care you provide!

Since the beginning I was welcomed at Ramsey Street Family Dental, the receptionist and workers are always so nice and wholesome when I speak to them. Big shoutout to Dr. Randall & Dr. Cowherd they both are very outgoing people that show concern & care for dental health. The waiting room smells so good and decorated nicely.Most importantly I would like to mention how my mother had bariatric surgery and her teeth were cracking and giving her immense amount of pain that brought her to tears (she lives in Tennessee yet visiting family in NC)….
