I own a rental in fayetteville and my Tenant called me at 4:30 in the morning to tell me there was water coming from the wall and the hallway was flooded. Not only did Robert answer my call so early in the morning, but he got up and rushed over there and fixed the leak. He consistently communicated with me and provided pictures throughout the process. His price was also very fair so as far as I'm concerned he has earned all of our future business.We live out of state now so it's nice knowing that someone like Robert is there if we need him.
Rob at PlumbworX was incredible. From the promptness of the initial response to the actual work. I was remote and he kept me updated on progress and discussed issues promptly. Very pleasant as well. Highly, highly recommend.
