Dr Basiri and his team are fantastic. I had an issue with a filling and was able to get in and everything was fixed right away. Everything was as smooth as possible and as someone whose dealt with traumatic dental experiences in the past, I felt very comfortable. There is a bit of a wait for cleaning appointments but they do a great job getting you in!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bassiri for more than 25 years absolutely love him and the Hygienist. His front desk staff has ended that relationship of not just me but my entire family. I have tried to look over that but the customer service is horrible. I am now looking for a new dental office.

I enjoyed this place from beginning of appt to the end. The front desk ladies were polite. The dentist and assistant was reassuring and gentle with my procedure. They showed great empathy for my children’s concern. And got a little prize for the cleaning. I highly recommend this place.

Great clinic that was flexible with getting me in for appointments. Front desk staff are kind, respectful, and always create a comfortable atmosphere. I saw both Dr. Bassiri and a fill in dentist, both were considerate and checked in with me throughout the exams and procedures. They did a great job!

First and foremost I want to say that this Dentistry has been a great experience for me and my two kids. I really want to thank my dental assistant that takes care of me Mrs Brittany. As an 42-year-old man I am still not fond of the dentist. But Mrs. Brittany has made every experience so easy for me as well as my daughter. So if you're looking for a good dentist office I highly recommend this place.

2 stars because prior to today I had a decent experience here. Dr. Basiri is fantastic and so are the dental hygienists, but his front desk staff have not ever given great service. They're always short with me and have been difficult to work with when asking questions about insurance repayments and what my insurance will cover. But today was the breaking point for me with this office. I called and made an appointment specifically for tooth pain and a chipped tooth. When I arrived and met with the hygienist they informed me the front desk staff had scheduled my appointment as a cleaning only and that they couldn't actually get me in to fix my tooth until 2 weeks later. I didn't need a cleaning and was not told this on the phone. I wouldn't have made the appointment if I had known this. I had to take time off work for this appointment only for it to be a waste of my time. I will be finding another office to take care of the immense pain I'm in and for all future appointments.

Both the doctor and hygienist could tell I was really nervous. They were gentle and reassuring, and gave the anesthetic plenty of time to work before they did anything. Great experience -- I definitely recommend them.
