I have loose natural hair, though their specialty is locs, I got a really good shampoo/condition as well as a really good trim to take off my damaged ends. Some other salons are too hesitant to take off what needs to go and you end up with dry, faster breaking hair in the long run.
Ms. Denise provided excellent service of a texturize. She is a kind, considerate, professional person. I was not happy sitting in the wash chairs. The chair that was available was extremely uncomfortable when she washed my hair and my neck was hurting. The bottom part of the chairs were coming apart. Then the other washer chair became available and it was a little better. The owner of the hair salon should replace the chairs at the washer sink across from Ms. Denise workstation immediately.
