Molly Maid of Fayetteville & Fort Liberty

Ty and Vanessa did a wonderful, thorough job at all that they did on Friday, September 5. Very pleasant and upbeat ladies as well!

The Molly Maid team cleaned and sanitized my brother’s apartment while he was hospitalized. They were able to come on short notice and they did a great job!

I have two sides to this review. One very sneaky like it felt as though they were trying to steal my money & one that they did a good job. One- my cleaning was scheduled with MM for an afternoon for the specific timeslot. It was booked through the website and confirmed days in advance. They knew this was a home I no longer resided in. MM has a 24 hour policy of if I didn’t approve of the clean, they would come back to fix it. The day rolled around for the clean & the time comes & goes, so I have my realtor go to check the property 12 hours later (the next morning after the clean was supposed to occur). It hasn’t been cleaned. No call. No text. No notice. But you know what? The charge from MM still occurred. I called them & told them it looked unclean & they said oops! It looks like no one went out! Since this is a Fayetteville branch with lots of clients that have already moved out of town, it’s very convenient for this company to pull their 24 hour come back to clean card because they could just decide they aren’t going to show up. If you call outside of the 24 hour window, sorry! Guess your money is just stolen. Even if no one showed up. So then I had to schedule them to come the next day after two home showings that I wanted the house clean for. And the cherry on top? No apologies, no discount, no partial refund for the decision to not show & still run my card. The house was eventually cleaned and looked good. I would’ve given 5 stars for the clean. But if I didn’t have someone to stop at my house they would’ve stolen my money and moved on to the next veteran ETSing to take their money.

Amanda and millei did a Fantastic job in our home today. My sister and I was very satisfied. We will have a once a month cleaning done here on out. We would really appreciate it if we could have Amanda and Millel on all our appointments. Please give me a call about our next appointment.

I scheduled them for a move out cleaning of a rental home my recently graduated son lived in during college. I scheduled the appointment approximately 10 days in advance and traveled from 6 hours away to be there. The day of the cleaning I was told that they were short-staffed due to unexpected call-ins and that I would have to be rescheduled. I was under a very short window due to other requirements to move out of the home and both Jessica and Anna were absolutely amazing working with me and assigning a cleaning team. They were bothstaff friendly, professional and very accommodating. They assigned the Route 3 Cleaning Team of Virginia and Shannon. I don't have enough adjectives to described how amazing those two ladies were! They were thrown into the fire at the last minute due to the other team cancellations and they performed so far above and beyond expectations that I was truly amazed. They were thorough, pleasant, competent, personable and had the work ethic that makes other people envious. They far exceeded my expectations and their performance was exemplary. I recommend this company and their personnel in the highest degree. I would never hesitate to use them again.
