I called Mike’s Plumbing the 14th then had a Worker come out the next day (15th). I’ve been having issues with my water heater for months now. I’m very very pleased with Melvin’s performance, attitude, and punctuation. He’s a very polite nice man! He helped me a ton bless you guys and the work yall do! He was also very nice to my little kids! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

As a DIYer, I wanted to work on the project myself but quickly found out it was out of my skill range (plus I didn’t have the proper tools). Mike’s Plumbing couldn’t have sent out two better technicians to complete the job (plus the ones I added on). Melvin told me what he was doing and why which helped my plumbing knowledge grow. Chris was Melvin’s excellent assistant. Their combined knowledge and VERY friendly attitudes made my worries go away. A BIG thanks to both Melvin and Chris, I won’t be as worried about plumbing issues in my new home.
