They don’t come when they say they are going to. They never return phone calls. Had an employee show up and give us an estimate on a Friday and said they would be back Monday for an easy repair. We haven’t heard from them since. Multiple phone call attempts made and voice mails left. Just an update would be appreciated, but zero communication.
****UPDATE The owner ended up contacting us and making the situation right. We appreciate the sincerity from the owner and cooperation.

We had this company do minor repairs for us in the past so after Hurricane Florence when we needed to replace our roof, the whole staff was professional and Knew what they were doing, they kept us updated every step of the way. Thanks to everyone there our roof looks amazing.
