Booked my husband a massage and he ended up getting a membership that day with his OWN debit card. Once they could not bill his card, they billed MINE even though I’m not on the membership. I called them and was told it was refunded, my card was removed completely and it should reflect in my bank within a few days. Which on my end, it should have never happened and seems completely unfair due to me needing that money for other things that weekend. Billing practices are questionable and it is hard to cancel a membership here. The regional manager was supposed to call my husband regarding his membership cancellation as though someone rebooked a missed appt and did not tell him which caused him to be charged $85 twice within 2 weeks; never received a call. Overall would rate 0/10, would not recommend.

Husband surprised me with a 90 minute prenatal massage and exfoliating foot treatment. Chelsea at the front desk was super personable and the massage therapist Jan was amazing. I've had plenty massages but this experience was 100/10 and just what I needed heading into my third trimester. Will definitely be back.

The facial was wonderful that was performed on me today however massage envy has very deceptive billing practices. Online is states that the facial I had was $85 however, when I went to check out, they told me because I’m not a member I had to give them $145 And they kept trying to force me to get a contract. I would not get a contract with them because it seems like they have a lot of deception in their policies and ways of doing business buyer beware.

The service at massage envy is great signed up for a contract a year ago. Contract is now over. Try to cancel the contract now I feel like I’m getting the runaround. I was told that I had to come in to cancel. The contract went into the Skybo location to cancel the contract got run around, even though it was the holidays understandable holidays are now over and no one has reached out to me. However, my card is still charged for services. I no longer want. This is a classic case. I signed up for a contract and make it hard to cancel the service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place has turned what was supposed to be a small monthly luxury into a monthly punishment.
After dealing with a masseuse who could not refrain from sharing her personal problems or her hatered of President Donald Trump (TDS), I attempted to cancel the contract, only to be informed that I was locked into a one-year contract I was never clearly told about.
And the manager’s response? He actually had the nerve to label me as “disrespectful.” That’s rich. I’m the one paying. I’m the one who had to listen to the nonsense. I’m the one stuck in a contract I don’t want—and somehow they’ve decided the problem is me.
Save yourself the money, the stress, and the aggravation. There are plenty of places that value their customers. This is absolutely not one of them

I decided to try this place because iโve heard good things about it and i am very happy that i did ๐ Victoria gave me the BEST massage ever! She was so kind and made sure to always check if the pressure was good. She is extremely professional and i highly recommend her!!! Will be coming back๐
