The place looks pristine in the outside, the rooms don’t. The feeling of being in an outdated place. They take you to the relaxing room- which is dark on purpose, but there’s nothing you can do in the dark, so waiting there for 20’ is lame. When the practitioner arrived, they took me to the room and started working. The technic was overall good. Can’t tell who they were. The bed was warm, but there are no signs of how often they change the sheets or pillows, which looked suspicious to me. PROSMy husband booked a facial and a massage for me VDay and it was so well needed. When I walked in, I was greeted by Jenna. She was so sweet and very helpful.Facial- My facial was done by Nichole and I very much enjoyed her. She was very informative when answering my questions. My skin was glowing when I walked out that room.Massage- I LOVE LOVE LOVE Lacentia!!!! She was amazing. She found all the stress knot and got rid of them just like that but yet was so gentle. Visited the Skibo location on Saturday 11/4 as an early birthday gift from my husband. The receptionist Chelsea was super friendly and customer service oriented!(she’s the only reason I gave 2stars.) The “therapist” they booked me with was Raven and based on the experience I had it is very apparent why she was the only available person on a Saturday afternoon. She lacked any customer service skills or ability to build rapport, my 6 year old grandson could’ve given a better massage than what I got from this place.
