I love it! Excellent staff, clean place, pleasant atmosphere, affordable cost for massage and add-on services. My masseuse, Ms.Lacentia, was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the target areas of my concern, keep her speed of massage and pressure consistent. The whole experience , I rate Ms Lacentia and the staff 100%.

Check-in was easy. Overall, it was a good experience. My only complaint is that the front desk rep wasn't knowledgeable about processing gift cards upon checkout. Ultimately, another rep chimed in to answer my question who was not as friendly, but much more knowledgeable.
Jim was great! He immediately asked my about areas that concerned me. I, at first, said I had the day off and was really going for relaxation. He then asked me about the type of work I do to see if there were any target areas he could focus on. I told him my occupation and he explained what he would be doing. When he began, he immediately noticed I had a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and back, and by the time he finished I could tell a lot of that tensions was released. I believe Jim loves his profession and really enjoys helping people. Thank you so much Jim!
