Nice atmosphere, didn’t have a long wait time. Love my nails but what I didn’t like is being constantly asked for other services if I already nicely declined . That Really makes customers uncomfortable. The lady that did my nails asked me 3 times for eyebrows arch, I told her “ no ma’am today , maybe I’ll come back because my eyebrows aren’t thick enough just yet for an arch.” . She kept staring at my eyebrows. She asked me over and over and even tried to tell me to go to the room to get them done after my service. Unfortunately That’s why I didn’t tip her . I booked an appointment at Luxe Nails & Lashes while visiting town for a business trip. I didn’t expect much since it was a last-minute booking, but the experience totally exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm and welcoming, offered me tea, and took the time to help me choose a nail color that looked professional but still stylish. The gel manicure has stayed perfect for over two weeks now. If I lived here, this would be my regular spot!

Stopped by Luxe Nails & Lashes after work because my nails were in desperate need of a refresh. Even though it was close to closing time, the staff welcomed me with a smile and didn’t rush the process at all. I got a classic manicure and a lash fill, and both turned out amazing. My lashes look full but still natural, and the manicure is flawless. Great customer service and great work!
