Lourde's Dominican Salon

I went there today because it says walk ins are welcome. However the door was locked so I called 3 times and got no answer. There was a lit up sign in the windows that said OPEN. So I guess I'll never know if they do hair good or not.

I went in for a simple blow out. My ear and scalp was burnt due to excessive heat.

The lady with the honey blonde hair was super nice and let me arrived although they were close. She cut my hair beautiful and blow dryer that looked like it was straightened.

I had an amazing experience at Lourdes Dominican Salon! The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely talented. My stylist listened attentively to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this salon to everyone! 5 stars without a doubt.

I wish I took the time out to check the reviews of this place! I only went here because I was quoted $45. The lady scammed me and charged me $83 after my service. I only got a blowout. My hair wasn’t properly washed and SOOOO much heat was applied to my hair. I have natural thick curly black hair. I am honestly terrified when it’s time to go back to being natural.
As many many customers stated before DO NOT GO HERE!!!! DO NOT, especially if you are a natural black women.
On top of that, the customer service was horrible to myself and other customers. Save yourself the money. I wish I just went to my regular salon.

I have just returned home after a SECOND booked appt in which no one was at the salon. I am irritated that I did not get a courtesy call, text or any notification whatsoever that the salon was closed. I work full time, and also care for my husband, who is ill, so my time is valuable. No on answered the phone/responded to my text. The appt was booked during the available day/hour through Square--as was the previous appointment, so that was not the issue. I will never return or recommend this salon to anyone.

Awesome ? services provided got a deep conditioning and blow out.. no appointment was made walked And was helped with a smile ?

I asked for a wash CUT and blowout..They said ok.. I got a wash and blowout..NO CUT. AND $78 LATER??
