Based on the reviews, Lloc Lab is an excellent business run by the best loctician. The vibes and energy are always positive, and the quality is even better. Clients know they are in good hands. The experience is honestly a 1,000 out of 10. The loctician is very professional, very patient, and takes time to make sure everything is done right. The pricing is very reasonable, and comfort and relaxation are a top priority. Clients do not just feel like a client, they truly feel like family. The environment is clean and professional. The chair when shampooing massages the body and feels so good. The steam treatment is out of this world. The loctician works very fast and accommodates early appointments. The service is the best in the world. She takes care of clients and makes them feel very welcomed. She has excellent conversation and an all around great atmosphere.
My experience with The Loc Lab Family was honestly a 1,000 out of 10! After 4 years of no maintenance, I really thought my hair and my locs would never be healthy again. But Dimp completely changed that for me.
From start to finish, she was amazing. Very professional, very patient, and she really took her time to make sure everything was done right. The pricing was VERY reasonable, and to be honest, I feel like I underpaid because she truly changed my world.
What stood out the most was how much she prioritized comfort and relaxation. I didn’t just feel like a client, I truly felt like family. That kind of experience is rare.

Dimpy was excellent to work with. The it was my first time in her chair. She accommodated my need for an early appointment. Despite the length and thickness of my hair she worked really fast. The fruit detox felt amazing 🥰. Clean and professional environment.
So everyone I am here to tell you!!! Every time it’s time to get my hair done, why does it feel like Christmas and I can’t sleep. Then I get there and this chair when shampooing massages your body feels so so good. The steam treatment is out of this world. She ask me how does my head feel? Ha!! Babee my whole body felt good from head to toe. This young lady was a blessing in searching for someone to help me with my sister locs. I thank God for placing her in my life. If you don’t know, now you know.🙏🏽😍
