Wayne that owns this company was called out by my 78 yr old dadbecause his 3 year old ac unit was blowing hot air. This was Friday 7/7/23 He came out told my dad there was plenty of freon in the unit and he would just need to clean it. He was specially called because the ac was not working correctly and was blowing hot air. Wayne cleaned the unit charged my dad $137.70 (which he says included $20 to clean the unit) and told my dad that it would take a couple of hours to start cooling down the house because it was hot outside. 48 hrs later there was no change. The ac unit still blew hot air. (it was 87 degrees inside, therm was set to 76) Wayne was called several times for several days. Then he finally returned the call on Thursday 7/13/23 and told my dad he would be by the next day in the afternoon (this would be Friday) Friday at 2pm I told dad to call him because the weekend was coming up. He called back Friday evening and told him he would call him when he got back into town because he was in SC. No call back, Called him again Monday this time I told dad to leave him a voicemail if he did not come and fix what he was originally called for he would stop payment on the check. Wayne called back a couple of hours later his excuse this time was his truck was in the shop and as soon as it was out he would call and be right over. This is his work truck you know he would have got that truck out asap because this is his job. Again it has been over a week and zero communication from Wayne. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. He should have never left without making sure the ac was blowing cool air. There are gauges to check that. No call backs nothing. He did cash the check however. My dad is again 78 years old and lives on social security. What kind of business does this to the elderly? We had another company come after Wayne never showed up or called as promised. They added freon and it works perfectly fine now. Disgusted.

I get a call from Wayne to let me know he is on the way this afternoon after being told no time frame to expect him. Before I can apologize to him that I have another company that was available to come out earlier he tells me I should have called to let him know and then hangs up on me. I called him back and shared my discuss and say it was my intent to call him, he just called me before I could and he would have known if he had not hung up. He continued to berate me and I informed him that this would not look good on a google review. He said he would come by and show me how professional he was in a tone I could only take as threatening. Then he stated that he would leave one on my company board....... Slander anyone????? I don't recommend this company. Very unprofessional and over the top rude.

I was a 10 years customer with them until their last visit. Which was about six months ago. They installed new compressor in my ice machine. And it stopped working after three days. They came out again and admitted that they have installed the unit incorrectly, causing compressor to heat up quickly then normal. He promised me to come out on following Monday to resolve the issue. I havent seen him since. I have tried to contact him ( at least twice a week). He has not gotten back with nor even answer my calls for six months now. Its a shame to lose a 10 years of loyal customer over a single job.
