This was our first time at Leading Edge. Jacob was great, I came in for a trim and he did a great job. He also made some recommendations about how to maintain my hair healthy after my haircut and what products to use. I didn't feel pressured to purchase any product, the staff was welcoming to both me and my daughter who also had a hair cut that day. My daughter asked to come back for her next haircut, that hasn't happened at other salons. We will definitely be coming back.
I was serviced by the wonderful, Gigi. Upon arrival, I was greeted which is a huge thing for me. Not only was the customer service and style great, but the conversation as well. I will definitely return for any trim/styling needs. Thank you so much, Gigi
