Focus Nail & Spa offers a positive and thorough experience, with clean and organized facilities. The staff, including Lee and Nikki, provide quality nail services like dip powder and toenail removal, though some customers have experienced minor issues like over-filing. Overall, the salon is recommended for its attentive service and lasting nail results.
My experience at focus Nails has been very positive. The staff were very thorough .My Nails lasting until my next visit without chipping is very important.and they passed the test. I would just like the gentleman that have more experience with grown toenail removal. Other than that they are recommended.
Cleanliness: Very neat and clean products, organized, and uncluttered .
Nikki did a great job on my pedicure. It was the best one I have had since moving to Fayetteville. She took her time and didn't rush at all. She also did a great job with my nails. They were a little over filed causing a little pain, but turned out really nice. I like the dip powder over my nails and its was hard to find someone that knew how to do it correctly. I also had my eyebrows done, they looked great, but I had a reaction to it. I won't get those done again. Overall, it was a nice enjoyable experience and I will be back.
Since I discovered this salon latter part of last year I have not gone to anyone else. My nails are long and strong, I do wear gel nails, but my own nails are just as strong and long. I only have to have them done every 4 to 5 weeks. No lifting or weakness during that time. Every other place I have gone I must go every 2 weeks. They take pride in their service. Great place.
