I had previously wrote a bad review of Highland Animal Hospital and the owner called me and was very apologetic about me waiting in my hot car in their parking lot. I've since went back and gave them another shot at providing my dogs their services. I must say they were a lot faster in seeing my dog who was there for a heartworm test. I was also told that in the future I could wait in the indoor waiting room if it was hot outside and I was using gas to keep my pet cool. So I will continue to keep my pups at Highland Animal Hospital for now. This is a well run and friendly organization, both to the pets and the owners. We've been loyal customers since the mid 2000s, when we moved to Fayetteville. Last week we got our dog's annual heart worm test and monthly medication, and everything was excellent as usual.
