Excellent customer service, fair prices, and the staff and doctors took great care of my dog when he needed emergency surgery. Regular check ups, medication, and pet food are easy to schedule and readily available. I won't take my boy anywhere else!
I had previously wrote a bad review of Highland Animal Hospital and the owner called me and was very apologetic about me waiting in my hot car in their parking lot. I've since went back and gave them another shot at providing my dogs their services. I must say they were a lot faster in seeing my dog who was there for a heartworm test. I was also told that in the future I could wait in the indoor waiting room if it was hot outside and I was using gas to keep my pet cool. So I will continue to keep my pups at Highland Animal Hospital for now.
