*Updated* -3 stars: The salon manager called me on her day off to fix the scheduling issue (mentioned on the bottom of the original review below) and they actually were able to move their appointment out a few weeks for a haircut fix (no cost) which made me happy. She apologized a bunch which was very nice of her and they’ll be doing a treatment on their hair at no extra cost which is extremely nice of them so now they will be seeing Raquel and I will update this review again in a few weeks. After speaking with the manager, I am definitely happier and I’ve changed my 1star to 3. I’m hoping after their appointments, I can change it to a 5.
Danielle has been my stylist a couple times and she is amazing. I keep rebooking with her due to her professionalism and the ability to make me feel very comfortable. She treats my hair with tender care and attention. I’ve literally napped when she was washing my hair. Magic fingers, I can’t wait to go back to her again!

I just happened to be in town visiting my parents, so I decided to go into JCP salon for a wash and blow out on my naturally curly hair. As a walk in I was assigned to the stylist Latoya. The wash was amazing, she even gave a few suggestions on shampoo and other products. And after my blow out my hair never looked better or healthier. I will definitely visit Latoya there again, she's a gem!
