I’ve had to use James twice now and I’m always pleased with his work, timeliness, manners, but most importantly his honesty. At no point have I ever felt he was taking advantage of his position as an expert and his prices are more than fair. Yesterday he was able to stop by because his last job finished early. The problem I thought I had was much more minor than expected and he was able to fix two problems in the course of about 20 minutes. Most companies would charge a standard house call charge and that would be added into the total cost of the visit. James was exceptionally fair in his price. I recommend him to anyone who needs a trustworthy plumber!

I am incredibly grateful for his outstanding work and attention to detail. He was polite, professional, and showed great respect throughout the entire process. I was truly impressed by how thoroughly he completed the installation I requested. He checked everything as if he were working on his own home. The cost was also very reasonable considering the level of expertise and care he provided. What stood out even more was his honesty. If something was not feasible, he clearly explained why it could not be done, which shows his true professionalism. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services. He is simply the best plumber in town
