Fantastic service. The lady I met there was Ms. Jackie, a very kind older lady who was very sweet yet super knowledgeable. She handled my request with ease. I realized I had actually forgotten my wallet on the way down to her shop, but she had the sensor that recognizes Google Pay, so I didn't have to make a second trip. Anyway, I got exactly what I came for, only paid $37.45 for the key fob I needed programmed, and it was only a 5-15 min process. I highly recommend J & S for all your locksmithing needs, but I also caution you about 4 Got Keys??? of Fayetteville, NC. Those guys are a rip. Very professional business! The Owner (or so I assume); is the Most knowledgeable person that I have experienced in the past 10 years!! She knows locks, mechanism, workibility, and precision to the T!!! However, if You need Your locks returned in a timely fashion, you may want to try other locksmiths! They are not open at the business, everyday, and You take a chance showing up! They are the Best of the Best; but, have TIME; when You go here!!

Had a couple blank keys for my '87 325e that I couldn't get cut at all other hardware stores and locksmiths I called... and the dealership wanted to charge $80 per, so I bought some for $8 online. I sped on over when they told me they could do it, and though their machine couldn't handle the job, they cut my keys manually and said it was on the house since I brought my own blanks. I think I have a new go-to when I have key problems.
